65TH Cannes Film Festival : a large AFP team in place
For the 65th Cannes film festival, 25 AFP journalists will be taking turns to share the cinematographic event of the year in real time text, photo, video and graphics.
AFP approves its accounts for 2017
During a Board Meeting held on April 10, 2017, AFP directors approved the accounts for the 2017 financial year. They report a higher operating margin (€15.9M) and operating income (€3.6M) than for 2016, and than initially forecast for 2017. The net group result stood at - €4.8M, although this includes an exceptional provision of €5.8M without which 2017 would have been positive.

To celebrate the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Agence France-Presse has teamed up with the city of cannes to present an exhibition of 17 monumental photographs of stars under the title “Cannes fait le mur”, that will grace the city’s walls and the “rue d’Antibes” from May 16 to June 30 2012.
