Reporting to: Group Marketing Director
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst who can turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Within the marketing team, you will analyse market (size, usage, opportunities…) or AFP customers’ data (turnover, audience, consumption behaviour and usage) in order to optimize or identify new revenue sources for the Agency. You will be the Marketing Data expert for the Agency and will report functionally to the Business Analyst Group Manager.
Main job duties:
Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to requirements, activities and design. You will monitor performance quality control plans to identify improvements
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies taht optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing marketing reports and dashboards
- Identify sticking points of customer journeys or of CRM and marketing automation campaigns (AFP products and services)
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret market trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's Degree required (Marketing and data analysis) or equivalent with a statistical angle
- Proven working experience as data analyst or business data analyst with experience in platforms connection and datalake issues
- Strong knowledge and experience with data measurement and reporting packaging (Google analytics, Tag manager, Youtube, Twitter ou Facebook, Business Intelligence Power BI, Business Objects etc) and statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, SQL etc)
- You are thourough, organised ; you like to give meaning to data and help in decision making
- Well-developed communication skills ; you are teamwork orientated
- High level of English required
- Knowledge of media landscape is an asset
