AFP takes Cannes red carpet to Hong Kong
The Agence France-Presse, in collaboration with the Alliance Française Hong Kong (AFHK), is organizing a series of photographic exhibitions from the Cannes Film Festival.
Starting April 28 and until July 31, 2022, these carefully selected AFP photos will be on display at three Alliance Française Hong Kong centers (Wan Chai, Jordan, and Shatin) and online at the artplacer virtual gallery.
The series includes photographs of French talent and international film stars, including French New Wave icon Catherine Deneuve, Cannes 2021 Palme d'Or winner Julia Ducournau, Agathe Rousselle, Gilles Lellouche, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Franco-American actor Timothée Chalamet, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and British singer and actress Jane Birkin.
The three main themes of the exhibition are Candid Moments, Red Carpet, and Editor's Choice. The Candid Moments selection will be shown in Wan Chai center, whereas Red Carpet photos will be displayed in Jordan center. Finally, the Editor's Choice photos will be presented in the Sha Tin center.
